Green Bee Fundraising helps non-profit organizations make money, by offering unique sports-based sweepstakes programs. Their business was growing fast and they wanted to use the Web to take it to the next level, enter Sitesquad. After an in-depth analysis of their business, we implemented an organizational plan that has changed the way they do business.
Project: Business Analysis
We met one-on-one with each Green Bee department to fully understand their business process from beginning to end, especially looking for the bumps they hit along the way. At the completion of our analysis, we had formulated a plan to improve their selling process, streamline their workflow, improve productivity and ultimately increase their bottom line.
In short, our solution was to redesign and expand their existing marketing website and to create a 3-tier sweepstakes results website (member, organization admin, Green Bee admin) that would improve the user experience across all levels and facilitate program management from the core.

Green Bee Fundraising's programs are multi-faceted spanning from printed materials to online sweepstakes results, ticket selling and administration. They needed their marketing site to better explain the complex nature their programs. In addition to the web design, Green Bee gave us the leverage to improve their printed pieces, the end result was a streamlined cohesive brand that is an invaluable selling tool for their sales staff.

Project: Sweepstakes Results & Administration Site
Apart from the marketing site, Green Bee Fundraising wanted ticket holders to have the ability to check sweepstakes results online. After analyzing their business model, Sitesquad proposed a 3-tiered results site that would meet their initial requirements as well as provide a project management system which would dramatically improve their workflow from start to finish:
- Member Tier: Members could check sweepstakes results, winners and order tickets online all at a website customized for their organization.
- Organization Administration Tier: Organizations could check sweepstakes results, post/edit winners and view online ticket sales.
- Green Bee Administration Tier: Green Bee could completely manage members, organizations and programs, from initial program setup to generating program data and posting sweepstakes results.
The Organization and Green Bee Administration tiers brought organization to the forefront, drastically reduced the administration time required and improved user experience at all levels, leaving virtually no room for errors.
