A manufacturer of promotional products: scratch off cards, pull tabs, specialty printing, Winning Promotions has the problem every company wants. After we worked together on a polished website, complete with a robust pay-per-click strategy, they had an explosion in sales growth.
Lead generation became so hot that pay-per-click strategies had to be “cooled down”. Why? Because too many leads caused a bottleneck in: quoting.
The quotes are complex and have a variety of different pricing components. Before, to create 1 quote could take 1 – 3 hours. Copying and pasting spreadsheets was not the answer.
We went back to the chalkboard. The answer was to move the quoting process completely online. An enterprise-grade web quoting application was developed exclusively for Winning Promotions.
Quoting time has been reduced to under 10 minutes. Today’s quotes are created quickly, consistently, and most importantly accurately. The ability to turn around competitive quotes in a fraction of the time has dramatically increased the bottom line.
From the launch of the website, revenues have increased by 67%. Conservative numbers forecast the next 12 months for another increase of at least 35%.

To be nimble on the web a content management system (CMS) is vital. It makes editing a breeze with little to no knowledge of HTML and fosters the ability for the site to grow with the company.
For Pay-per-click strategies, the new dynamic website plays a crucial role. For example, the templating system makes it easy to publish campaign landing pages without starting from scratch each time. Pay-per-click strategies are constantly evolving and quickly. Having a website that can flex accordingly is a must.

The complex logic of creating quotes has been moved entirely online. What used to take hours, now takes a few minutes. Should Winning Promotions purchases new equipment or one of their vendors change pricing, it's a snap for them to make this adjustment without having to rely on a web developer.
